Where do you cover?

Jason travels across London to your home or workplace. If you're unsure whether your area's covered, message him on WhatsApp before booking.

What do I need to have ready?

Just a chair, a plug socket, and a bit of space. If it's a colour or treatment, Jason will bring everything else with him.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Only for colour and keratin treatments, since Jason buys the products in specially. Cuts, blow dries and other services don't need one.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Just message Jason on WhatsApp as early as you can — the more notice, the easier it is to fit someone else in.

How long does a colour or keratin treatment take?

It varies by hair length and condition, so Jason will give you a proper time estimate when you book or message him.
